How we work

CDK Building Group have extensive experience in managing projects in the domestic sector, developing excellent techniques and processes along the way. Our passion for delivering high-end projects, from new builds to renovations gets us out of bed every day and our client experience is at the centre of what we do.

We understand that beginning the process can be exciting and elating, but also overwhelming and a lot to take on in our busy lives. That’s why we take each of our clients through our 10 Step critical pathway to ensure at each stage of the process from the first phone call, you are clear about the road ahead and how to get there.

After construction begins, we take you on a journey of phone calls, site visits, meeting the trades and product selections with our Week By Week Playbook. With every milestone it is our goal to leave you in a position that means you will know exactly what to do next.

During the build, our site manager and co-owner David will keep things on track with our 287 Point Quality Checklist. This checklist keeps every trade in check at every stage of the job to ensure the best outcome possible.
